About The Programme
At Enerjisa Üretim, in line with our mission to generate energy for a better future by respecting life, we develop and implement social projects based on the problems of the society we are a part of. Thanks to our technology, human resources, and both the social as well as the economic values we create; we carry out long-term and permanent projects that will support the development of not only the regions we operate in but also our country at large. It is our utmost priority to fulfil our social and environmental responsibilities towards our community, in cooperation with all our stakeholders. In line with our Social Responsibility Policies stated above, we continue our work under three main headings.
- Reducing Inequalities
- Quality Education
- Nature-Based Solutions
As part of our commitment in reducing inequalities within the scope of our Social Responsibility Policies, we observe the need for our youth to develop their competencies and provide them with trainings from experts in their fields in various disciplines. We believe that with the perspectives and knowledge young people will gain here, they will have the opportunity to progress at a professional level while picking up a myriad of work experiences within the private sector.
With our Womentum programme, which we first launched back in 2022 in order to ensure that female students kick-start their careers with the necessary qualifications, we provide training to hundreds of female students every single year that will enable them to make a professional start in their careers, with the academic support of Sabancı University Executive Development Unit as well as Boğaziçi University Lifelong Education Centre, and under the leadership of imeceLAB. This new programme, which we initiated by asking female students, “Do you want to start your career with a strong step?” aims to make it easier for them to be a part of qualified education in different fields and participate in employment processes accordingly, while creating a positive value in terms of female employment in our country.
