- Being a female student in either the 3rd or 4th year of university or a senior student at a vocational school,
- Completely filling out the application form,
- Adequacy of conveying their motivations and expectations in joining the programme.

All communication with participants throughout the programme was carried out via Slack.

Participants who attended all trainings at a rate of 70% or more were invited to an interview by the Enerjisa Üretim Human and Culture team and were entitled to receive a participation certificate following the interviews.
