The richness of the program's content was one of the things I was most grateful about. The value of this programme, which also serves as a support to make female students more equipped, is priceless to me. The content of trainings, both in terms of career and personal development, was highly motivating for us. In each training session I came across something that either completed me or that I felt eager to integrate with myself. It would be impossible for me not to be this grateful. I'm so glad to have joined the Enerjisa Üretim Training Programme, thank you for your efforts.

The content of the training was very comprehensive and somehow contributed to me immensely as it was undertaken in a much more interactive and general knowledge-enhancing way compared to the trainings I had received during my undergraduate education. Every individual needs to gain awareness and take action on certain issues because the world is evolving in this way; this is what both the system and the universe expect from us. The training improved me a lot in terms of keeping up with this world, gaining awareness, and being sure when taking certain steps. I took notes in every session to organize and keep under record, and I noted down a lot of information that I will look back on. I am very proud to have been a part of this programme as it made me feel strong and self-confident. It was like a multi-faceted women's development programme for me.

First of all, receiving training as a group from different backgrounds strengthened my sense of belonging as it was a nice experience to be included in a group with the sole purpose of education. It was also a great opportunity to take lessons from professors of various universities.

It was a short but very informative program that taught me not only about my career journey but also about my personal development, my positive outlook on the future, my personal development vis-a-vis human relations and my responsibilities towards the environment.

I knew that the things I desired to do could not be limited to the programme I studied at university, however I still had my doubts. Thanks to this programme, I saw that my options were limitless and that the only factor that could limit me was actually myself. The energy market, especially renewable energy, was an area I had been interested in since high school and through this training programme, I was able to feel that excitement inside me again. At some point in my career journey, I decided that I wanted to experience renewable energy once more.

Frankly, I didn't expect this much. I've attended many training programmes, but this one was completely different. It was really meticulous. I also became extra conscious about sustainability. I received training from very valuable teachers as well as trainers and learned a lot of things I didn't know. The programme also enabled me to become a part of a network. The imece team that managed this programme also organized it very well, urging me to take it as an example for myself as an organizer. I feel very lucky to have attended this training. It was very important for me. Thank you for everything.

It was a very pleasant training for me.... I really enjoyed it as someone who has preferred open education as an undergraduate programme and wanted to improve myself at other times. It was a very hectic and fulfilling month. I am so glad to have filled out that form and been able to spend a quality journey with you on this platform. While everyone alienates people who decide to undertake open education, I was able to gain ideas about my career journey thanks to your training programme. I received comprehensive information in terms of personal development and got to know the existence of a whole new world. Thank you very much! See you in the coming years. It was definitely a very good training, I think it was a very carefully prepared training starting with individual inventories to energy systems. During the course of the programme, I received training from our teachers -who were constructive and solution-oriented, aiming to leave a beautiful world for the future- about the benefits and harms of developing technologies. It was really special.

I am graduating in about 2 weeks and before starting this training, I was not able to see my future properly, I was hesitant about many things and wondered what it would be like.
